Job summary

Seven Hills Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities. You will provide daily support in a residential setting, help build life skills, and follow ISP/Behavior Support Plans.

Starting pay is $20.50/hour with location and qualification differentials. Benefits include health insurance, retirement match, tuition assistance, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Leadership-focused direct support role indicated in posting.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills emphasized.
• Active driver license and basic documentation duties implied by DSP role.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Teach life skills at home and in the community to foster independence.
• Follow ISP and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health needs.
• Support community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and ensure well-being.
• Maintain documentation and data to track progress.
• Take a leadership role by training and mentoring staff.
• Assist with budgeting, shopping, and managing personal funds.
• Build strong relationships with families, guardians, and team members.
• Help maintain a clean, safe home environment.
