Job summary

Citizen Care Inc. in Robinson Township seeks a Direct Support Professional - Job Coach - Crews to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will assist with personal care, health needs, and community integration, reporting to the Site Manager and following each individual's Plan for Services. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and 2 years in Human Services with 1 year in job training preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license in PA/OH/WV.
• 2 years experience in Human Services.
• 1 year experience with job training preferred.
• Dependable with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift and transfer without restriction.
• Excellent references, both personal and professional.

Responsibilities

• Assist people to achieve personal outcomes and goals.
• Assist with basic personal care and health/dietary needs.
• Help people experience community life and refine vocational skills.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and records for Plans and timesheets.
• Interact positively with people and professionals at all times.
• Support a safe, healthy, and productive environment.
