CLASS LTD is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide direct care for individuals with disabilities in Parsons, KS. This full-time role includes companionship, daily living assistance, coaching, and transportation support, with a rotating 40-hour schedule and pay of $16.00 per hour.

The position emphasizes safety, health monitoring, and a caring relationship, with paid training and potential CDL consideration for certain roles.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check for criminal offenses and child/elder abuse.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork are required.
• Pre-employment testing will be required.
• Experience is appreciated but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and companionship to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities and transportation.
• Record medications as prescribed and monitor health and safety.
• Support independence and community integration for clients.
