Class LTD is hiring a Coach/Driver to provide direct support for individuals with disabilities in Pittsburg, Kansas. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm, totaling about 40 hours per week, with weekends off.

The position includes transportation, companionship, daily living assistance, and coaching to promote independence. It requires a valid driver's license, background check clearance, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be an insurable driver.
• Background check and criminal history screening will be performed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with transfers.
• Reliable, compassionate care with strong teamwork.
• Experience is not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for individuals with disabilities as part of day services.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Distribute and record medications as prescribed by the client's physician.
• Monitor client health, safety and well-being throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with the care team to support client independence and daily living.
• Complete pre-employment testing as required.
