Job summary

LG Electronics, Inc. is seeking a qualified logistics professional to manage Direct Shipment operations, including securing direct orders via Reverse PO, container diversions, and return authorizations. The role focuses on on-time delivery, order visibility, and cost optimization through cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in supply chain, 3+ years of experience, and strong data analysis and communication skills. English and Korean bilingual ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Direct Shipment operations, including securing direct orders through the Reverse PO process, executing container diversions, issuing return authorizations, and responding to inbound inquiries
• Conduct Reverse PO simulations to develop containerized orders aligned with customer forecasts and business requirements
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to confirm and secure orders based on Reverse PO simulation results
• Monitor and track orders throughout the end-to-end process to ensure on-time and accurate delivery
• Enhance order visibility and operational performance by preparing and sharing reports on direct shipment rates and on-time delivery metrics
• Execute container diversions and manage return authorizations to support timely delivery and cost optimization
• Drive continuous improvement by partnering cross-functionally to identify and implement process and system enhancements
