This full-time position follows a consistent 7 days on/7 days off Sunday-Saturday schedule, with pay of $10.50 per hour. Join a non-profit team dedicated to respectful, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a clear driving record
• Must have a licensed driver (Required)
• Must have transportation to and for work (Required)
• Must have a clear criminal background
• Must pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized companion care: Assist individuals with daily tasks like meal prep, light housekeeping, personal care, and transportation.
• Support social engagement: Facilitate activities and outings that promote connection, socialization, and community integration.

• Collaborate with a supportive team: Work closely with Direct Service Workers, supervisors, and families to ensure the best possible care.
