OPTIONS, Inc. in Hammond, LA seeks a Direct Service Worker (DSW) for a full-time role with a regular 7 days on/7 days off schedule, Sunday through Saturday, and pay of $10.50 per hour. The position supports individuals with disabilities in the community.

You will perform daily tasks, assist with transportation, and promote social engagement while collaborating with a caring team and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a clear driving record.
• Must be a licensed driver (Required).
• Must have transportation to and for work (Required).
• Must have a clear criminal background.
• Must pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized companion care: meal prep, light housekeeping, personal care, and transportation.
