OPTIONS Hammond is seeking a Direct Service Worker to provide companion care and support to individuals with disabilities in Hammond, LA. The role involves daily tasks, transportation, and promoting community engagement.

This full-time position follows a consistent 7 days on/7 days off Sunday-Saturday schedule, with pay of $10.50 per hour. Join a non-profit team dedicated to respectful, person-centered care.

• Must have a licensed driver (Required)
• Must have transportation to and for work (Required)
• Must have a clear criminal background
• Must pass a drug screen.
