New River Valley Community Services' New Horizons is seeking a Direct Service Professional to provide mental health support to adults in crisis. This full-time overnight role is part of the New Horizons Team, which includes direct service professionals, clinicians, and on-site nurses.

You will assist with client needs, provide phone support, process admissions, manage documentation, and help with meals and cleanliness around the facility.

New River Valley Community Services' New Horizons is seeking a considerate hard-working Direct Service Professional to provide mental health support to adults experiencing crisis. This role would fulfill a full-time overnight schedule that would work as part of the New Horizons Team which consists of direct service professionals, clinicians, and on-site nurses. The Direct Service Professional would assist with client needs, provide phone support, complete/process client admission paperwork, manage client documentation, prepare client meals and maintain cleanliness within the facility as needed.

Minimum Hourly Salary: $20.07-$23.08-Depending on Experience/Education

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma is required.

Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees that speak multiple languages.
