Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Gonzales, LA is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide direct care and assist with daily activities for individuals with disabilities. The role includes documentation, safety protocols, and reporting incidents to supervisors, with a focus on resident rights and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Experience:

• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges is preferred
• Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities is a plus
