Direct Sales Representative

Location: Philadelphia, PA to Havertown, PA greater market

Opportunity to earn up to $85,000 or more with uncapped commissions!

Compensation: $38,000 base with a commission plan that allows you to exceed quota! (See total compensation details below)

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Acquire new customers for a top telecommunications company in the region.
  2. Build relationships with residential customers within our service area.
  3. Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory.
  4. Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.
  5. Engage in technical discussions, demonstrations, and presentations.
  6. Execute sales strategies to increase sales.
  7. Prepare sales information and distribute marketing materials.
  8. Stay updated on product/service changes.
  9. Work outdoors predominantly, in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Maintain excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  11. Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and sales-quota driven.
  12. Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  13. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation Details: Base salary in PA: $38,000 plus bonuses, commissions, and incentives. Targeted commissions at full attainment: $56,940 annually, with potential for higher earnings.
