Position: Direct Sales Representative

Location: Philadelphia, PA to Havertown, PA greater market

Compensation: Earn up to $85,000+ with uncapped commissions! Base salary of $38,000 plus commission, bonuses, and incentives.

Role Overview: Acquire new residential customers within our service area, primarily through field sales in the Chicago, IL greater market. The role involves prospecting, product presentations, and building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and generate sales in assigned territory
2. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
3. Engage in technical discussions and demonstrations
4. Execute sales strategies to meet targets
5. Distribute marketing materials and participate in sales events
6. Maintain knowledge of product updates and industry trends
7. Work outdoors predominantly, in a fast-paced environment
8. Build relationships and communicate effectively
9. Manage time and organizational tasks efficiently
10. Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
