Position: Direct Sales Representative

Location: Odessa, Texas

Compensation and Benefits:

• Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions
• $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
• Targeted total compensation up to $85,000 to $90,000 at full attrition, including a $34,000 base salary and commissions

Job Responsibilities:

1. Generate new customers through face-to-face interactions in residential environments
2. Follow up on leads and understand customer needs
3. Distribute marketing materials and build brand awareness
4. Review property contracts and explain service options
5. Attend sales meetings and report sales activities
6. Stay informed about competitors' activities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
