Job summary

All U Need Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Florida to drive new business. You will promote pest control solutions, build trust with homeowners, and close service agreements.

The role offers base pay with uncapped commissions, training, and ongoing coaching. A company vehicle or mileage reimbursement is provided, along with retirement benefits and paid time off. This is an in-person field position requiring a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication skills are essential.
Drive to hit goals and earn more.
Ability to work independently in a field environment.
Sales or customer service experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a long driving history (5+ years).

Responsibilities

Prospect homeowners in assigned neighborhoods.
Deliver confident, professional sales presentations.
Customize solutions based on customer needs.
Overcome objections and close sales.
Enter activity and sales into our CRM.
Attend training, meetings, and coaching sessions.
Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
