Universal Energy Solutions in Schaumburg, IL is hiring Direct Sales Representatives to work with local business owners, review energy plans, and propose cost-saving solutions. You’ll train with experienced Account Managers and build confidence in your presentations and product knowledge.

As you gain experience, opportunities arise to manage larger portfolios and advance into Account Manager and leadership roles. The company promotes from within and supports career growth across 20+ markets.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required and reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current energy plans and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Recommend competitive energy options based on client needs.
• Build relationships with prospective commercial customers.
• Learn the consultative sales process alongside mentors.
• Travel within an assigned territory (approx. 30-mile radius).
