Job summary

Earthjustice is seeking an Operations Support professional in Alaska to help manage invoices, monitor premium inventory, and coordinate meetings with partners. You will communicate campaign results, maintain marketing documents, and support direct mail and fundraising efforts with production coordination and timeline tracking.

The role requires strong writing and organizational skills, experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and a commitment to Earthjustice’s values of Justice,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus at least two years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree plus at least four years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and tact to build relationships at all staff levels.
  • Excellent writing, spelling, grammar, proofreading, and formatting; strong verbal communication.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple projects.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook; willingness to learn new systems.
  • Experience with a CRM or donor database such as Salesforce or Blackbaud eCRM.
  • Experience coordinating direct mail production from copy review to print/mail shop approval is preferred.

  • Partner with Development Operations to maintain gift processing procedures and data entry standards.
  • Pursue professional development and contribute to a culture of learning by sharing knowledge.

  • Assist in the management of cross‑functional workflows with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Partner with Development Operations to maintain gift processing procedures and data entry standards.
  • Actively pursue professional development and contribute to a culture of learning by building skills and sharing knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree plus at least two years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree plus at least four years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience using effective interpersonal skills, listening, diplomacy, and tact to build strong relationships with all levels of staff.
  • Excellent writing, spelling, grammar, proofreading, and formatting skills, as well as strong verbal communication.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and able to handle shifting priorities, multiple projects, and a high volume of ongoing requests.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook, and openness to learning new systems and software.
  • Working knowledge of a constituent relationship management (CRM) system or donor database such as Salesforce or Blackbaud eCRM.
  • Experience helping coordinate direct mail production from initial copy review to print and mail shop approval, preferred.
