Job summary

Earthjustice is seeking an Operations Support professional in Alaska to help manage invoices, monitor premium inventory, and coordinate meetings with partners. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least two years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree plus at least four years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and tact to build relationships at all staff levels.
• Excellent writing, spelling, grammar, proofreading, and formatting; strong verbal communication.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple projects.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook; willingness to learn new systems.
• Experience with a CRM or donor database such as Salesforce or Blackbaud eCRM.
• Experience coordinating direct mail production from copy review to print/mail shop approval is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational support including invoice processing, premium inventory monitoring, and meeting coordination with partners.
• Communicate direct mail program activities, performance results, and benchmarks to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain direct marketing documentation.
• Support direct mail and integrated fundraising campaigns, including production coordination and timeline tracking.
• Assist in cross-functional workflow management with internal teams, vendors, and partners for timely campaigns.
• Partner with Development Operations to maintain gift processing procedures and data entry standards.
• Pursue professional development and contribute to a culture of learning by sharing knowledge.
