As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO), you will manage your own patient panel and serve as a Supervisory Physician for a team of Nurse Practitioners. This dual role allows you to provide comprehensive care to a smaller, more manageable patient panel, ensuring depth of care and continuity. The practice structure is designed to allow physicians to focus on the core aspects of medicine, such as chronic disease management, preventive care, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), weight management, and longevity care. With no requirement for RVUs or insurance billing, your professional focus remains on delivering high-quality, relationship-based care.
The practice is part of a larger physician-led healthcare organization dedicated to expanding access to innovative primary and urgent care services. Since its founding in 2017, the organization has championed a model that emphasizes smaller panels, longer patient visits, and a supportive, collaborative team culture. Physicians are empowered with autonomy, robust operational support, and the ability to help shape the evolution of care delivery. The organization believes in providing the resources necessary for practices to grow while preserving a patient-first philosophy and a strong sense of professional autonomy.
Working as a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in this environment means joining a supportive, mission-driven team that values communication, collaboration, and clinical independence. You will play a key role in both patient care and the professional development of advanced practice providers, all within a structure designed for work-life balance and ongoing professional growth. The practice welcomes physicians who are board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, and who have or can obtain a valid medical license. Prior supervisory experience is valued, but not required, as long as you are committed to fostering a positive, team-oriented clinical environment.
The compensation package is highly competitive, with total compensation ranging from $275,000 to $325,000, plus potential for sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance. The schedule is designed for sustainability, offering four clinic days per week, one remote administrative day, and no on-call requirements. This balanced schedule allows for a meaningful clinical impact while supporting personal and professional well-being. The collaborative, physician-led culture ensures that your voice will be heard as you contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the practice.
