Job summary

KerixHealth is seeking a Family Medicine or Med/Peds physician to join our Fairfax and Ashburn clinics in Virginia, offering longer appointments and relationship-based care. You will provide comprehensive primary care across preventive, chronic, and acute care within a Direct Primary Care model.

You will develop long-term relationships with patients and families, collaborate with a supportive team, and focus on accessible, patient-centered care over RVUs.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school and board eligibility or certification in FM or Med/Peds.
• Active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain before start.
• Minimum 5 years of post-residency clinical experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care across preventive, chronic, and acute care.
• Develop long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Collaborate with physician colleagues and support staff to deliver high-quality care.
