Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited medical school with residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility is required; active state license needed; CPR/BLS certification required.
• Dispensing license may be required per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health Centers through an Employer‑Sponsored Direct Primary Care model.
• Spend ample time with patients (30–60 minutes) to deliver comprehensive care.
• Collaborate with APPs and care teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

Education
