Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a board-certified or eligible Physician to provide patient-centered primary care for employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. The role emphasizes longer visit times, a smaller patient panel, and ongoing professional development.

The position offers a competitive pay range, annual incentive eligibility, and a $15k sign-on bonus. CPR/BLS is required; a dispensing license may be required per state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school is required.
• Completion of residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatric is required.
• Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; Active state license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date; may require dispensing license by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health Centers.
• Work within Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model with a smaller patient panel and longer visits.
• Participate in ongoing learning and team collaboration through regular provider meetings.
