Job summary

Marathon Health Inc. is seeking a physician to provide patient-centered primary care for employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model.

You will work with a team to deliver preventive and chronic care in a smaller-panel, high-quality setting. The role emphasizes long patient visits, minimal administrative burden, and a focus on health outcomes within a capitated-fee environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school with residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required.
• Active state medical license and DEA preferred; CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health Centers.
• Participate in preventive, acute, and chronic disease management within a team.
• Engage in ongoing learning and collaboration with care team members.
