Renewal by Andersen in Everett, WA seeks a field-first Direct Marketing Leader to coach, develop, and drive performance for our Direct Marketing team. This role is hands-on in the field, not a desk job, with a focus on building a high-performing culture.

You’ll spend substantial time in the field with your team, training, coaching, and reinforcing expectations to achieve appointment, demo, and sales goals, while developing people and sustaining energy and accountability.

You’ll lead Direct Marketers who engage homeowners face-to-face, create interest in Renewal by Andersen, and generate qualified appointments for our sales organization. Canvassing leadership experience is strongly preferred, but we’ll also consider proven leaders from other high-performance sales environments.

Requirements

Bonus

• $50 for every 1% point above 80% of plan up to 120% of plan (Demo Bonus) so long as CPLI is within 20% over/under of the territory plan
• $40 for every 1% point above 80% of plan up to 120% of plan (Sales Bonus) so long as the cost of marketing is within +/- 2% of the territory plan
