Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in Marysville seeks a field-focused leader to coach and develop a Direct Marketing team. You will drive performance, recruit, train, and manage a high-performing crew that engages homeowners face-to-face to generate qualified appointments for sales.

Strong leadership, feedback, and accountability are essential to success. You will spend significant time in the field, shaping culture, standards, and execution while partnering with senior leadership on staffing and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in canvassing, direct marketing, sales, or another performance-driven environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and hold people accountable.
• Comfortable managing to measurable goals and giving direct, actionable feedback.
• Organized, resilient, competitive, and effective in a fast-paced field environment.
• A consistent leader who brings integrity, urgency, and positive energy to the team.
• Canvassing leadership experience is strongly preferred, but we’ll also consider proven leaders from other high-performance sales environments.
