IC S Corporation is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our Direct Mail team in West Deptford, NJ. This entry-level role trains on operating inserters, folders, and inkjet printers to ensure accurate, timely production.

No prior experience needed; strong work ethic and attention to detail are valued in a fast-paced environment. The 2nd shift runs Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, with opportunities to learn and grow in a family-owned company that has earned Great Place to Work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; paid training provided.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment throughout the job run.
• Load materials such as envelopes, letters, flyers, and other printed materials into machines.
• Monitor machine performance and production output to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Perform quality checks to ensure jobs meet customer and postal requirements.
• Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Ensure jobs are completed accurately and within scheduled deadlines.
• Follow USPS regulations, company procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, leads, and supervisors to maintain a smooth production workflow.
