Responsibilities and Activities

• Operate and maintain equipment
• Perform adjustments on machine per job instructions
• Meet and exceed production standards and maintaining customer quality requirements
• Communicate job status and production concerns/issues during shift change
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Adhere to all current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Troubleshoot problems with minimum delay time
• Communicate with Management on any problems developing and corrective action
• Work with urgency when equipment is down to maintain production requirements
• Continue learning new and improved processes to achieve increased production
• Facilitate teamwork among team members and between shifts
• Performs additional responsibilities as required to ensure the team’s success.
