Job summary

Hinge Health is seeking a growth-focused leader to own direct mail marketing as a core acquisition channel. You will drive strategy, testing, and optimization across cross-functional teams including data science, operations, and creative to raise awareness and drive new member sign-ups.

You will manage sizeable budgets, set measurable goals, and push for continuous improvement through experimentation and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth, performance, or direct response marketing; direct mail channel ownership preferred.
• Proven ability to acquire new customers using segmentation, personalization and triggered communications.
• Experience driving impact through creative and copy experimentation with design teams.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently toward targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct mail campaigns for prospective members, optimizing targeting, formats, and content to improve conversions.
• Manage and allocate a significant marketing budget with cross-functional coordination with Finance, Accounting and Procurement.
• Develop strategy and framework using data-driven insights to prioritize efforts and improve ROI.
• Secure resources internally and with vendors to accelerate direct mail channel momentum.
• Monitor, report, and share campaign performance, insights, and test results with stakeholders and leadership.
• Stay current with direct mail trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies.
