Job summary

The Fellowship, a Chicago-based nonprofit, seeks a Direct Mail Associate to support the Direct Mail team with administrative duties, project management, and coordination with internal and external partners. The role is based at our downtown Chicago headquarters and offers hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a professional office environment in an administrative support capacity.
• Non-profit environment or direct mail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proofread Direct Mail campaign mailings and coordinate approvals with stakeholders.
• Oversee quality control of codes, motivation groups, and kits.
• Review campaign data and maintain the Production Schedule.
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule tasks; track action items with internal/external partners.
• Assist with SOP updates and archival systems.
