Qualifications

• Three to five years of related work experience in loan processing and funding consumer loans.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and juggle work responsibilities with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Meridian Link, Episys, and Symitar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct consumer loans and consumer lending staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Prioritize daily workload and delegate tasks to Loan Processors as needed.
• Analyze loan applications, credit bureau reports, collateral evaluation and supporting documents to determine loan quality.
• Assist management with funding objectives and loan goals.
• Provide high level service and respond to members' questions about lending policies, interest rates, terms, and loan limits.
• Act as a trainer to new staff, coaching and mentoring.
