Flex is seeking a Direct Labor Recruiter/HR Generalist to operate onsite in Columbia, SC. You will partner with managers on employee relations, workforce planning and direct labor recruiting while ensuring compliant HR practices.

This role blends traditional HR generalist duties with hands-on recruitment to attract, develop and retain top talent for the site. Responsibilities include onboarding, performance processes, and coordinating interviews, with a focus on building strong talent pipelines

Competenze

• 3+ years in Human Resources, employee relations or recruiting in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.

• Support employee relations, talent development, workforce planning and direct labor recruiting.
• Partner with managers on employment practices and compliance with labor laws.
• Create job postings, recruitment materials and ensure positive candidate experience.
