Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Direct Juvenile Support Worker/Coach Counselor at The Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center (DJTC) in Dermott, Arkansas
DJTC is a secure residential program for at-risk male youth ages 18-21, located outside of Dermott, AR. Through our trained programming for staff, DJTC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, medical and an outdoor recreation area. Pay: $17.75 - $18.82 per hour based on education and experience. Schedule includes 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period

Day Shift: 7am – 9pm (14-hour shift 2-hour break) Night Shift: 9pm – 7am (10-hour shift No-hour break)
