Direct Investing Business Development Leader – Connecticut

Position Summary:

Stonehenge is seeking a business development leader, based in its New Haven, Connecticut office, to join its Direct Investing team. The group primarily provides senior term credit, subordinated debt, and equity co-investment to operating companies. This position will originate opportunities across the Stonehenge Direct Investing platform including a Connecticut-focused fund, lending to small businesses throughout the state.

Responsibilities Include:

• Focus primarily on business development for multiple Stonehenge funds providing senior stretch, mezzanine and equity capital in Connecticut and the region.
• Represent Stonehenge in the Connecticut marketplace through a strong existing referral source network.
• Originate new investment opportunities through marketing to key referral sources.
• Work closely with regulators to ensure regulatory compliance.
