Position Summary

Stonehenge is seeking a Director, based in West Virginia (covering all of WV including Huntington, Charleston, Wheeling, and White Hall territory), to join its Direct Investing team. The group primarily provides senior term credit, subordinated debt, and equity co-investment to operating companies. This position will originate opportunities across the Stonehenge Direct Investing platform but will also lead origination for a new West Virginia-focused fund with capacity to lend up to $7.5 million to small businesses throughout the state.

Responsibilities Include

• Focus primarily on business development for multiple Stonehenge funds providing senior stretch, mezzanine and equity capital in West Virginia and the region.
• Represent Stonehenge in the West Virginia marketplace through a strong existing referral source network.
• Originate new investment opportunities through marketing to key referral sources.
