Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an experienced leader to head the Direct Install program, bringing consistency and operational rigor to a nationally scaled offering. You will work with regional operations, engineering, delivery services, and national accounts to drive growth and ensure program success.

The role requires directing all phases from inception to completion, managing costs, schedules, and performance across multiple regions and utility clients.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of program or project management experience.
• Tenacious, resilient approach to stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs and direct install measures preferred.
• Experience managing programs with complexity and risk (new clients, multi-region delivery).
• Sales-adjacent instincts: negotiating, influencing, and moving projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of Direct Install programs from inception through completion, owning cost, implementation, and performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects across regions, utilities, and programs.
• Manage measure eligibility requirements and lead utility approvals with Regional Leadership and Business Development.
• Evaluate customer and site-specific requirements to determine appropriate Direct Install measures.
• Negotiate contracts and changes, and coordinate budgets and terms.
• Facilitate project execution by coordinating schedules, site access, materials, and installation activities.
• Develop new business and expand program scope with utility clients and National Accounts.
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to program plans; reallocate resources as needed.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for program activity and lead reviews on cost, schedule, and performance.
• Analyze problems and opportunities and recommend actions to improve profitability and viability.
• Identify and drive process improvements to support scalability as Direct Install expands.
