REQUIRED: CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DIRECT IN-HOME SALES/SALES MANAGEMENT.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, train and retain direct sales team members
• Manage, mentor and motivate current and new sales team members
• Foster effective team communication through individual and team meetings
• Perform ride-along with sales representatives to provide coaching and feedback on sales performance
• Train sales team in systems and processes regarding sales contracts and customer service
• Communicate and collaborate with regional manager
• Educate and guide the sales team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
