Due to explosive demand, we are seeking a high-caliber in-home sales leader to drive our Roofing Sales Division.

The Role

REQUIRED: CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DIRECT IN-HOME ROOFING SALES AND MANAGEMENT

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee in-home roofing sales operations across Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, and Rhode Island. You will be directly responsible for scaling the division, mentoring talent, and ensuring peak sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiting, onboarding, training, and retaining direct sales team members.
• Managing, mentoring, and motivating current and new sales personnel.
• Fostering effective team communication through individual and team meetings.
• Conducting ride-alongs with sales representatives to provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Training the sales team in systems and processes for sales contracts and customer service.
• Collaborating directly with the Director of Sales.
• Guiding the sales team to ensure full compliance with all company policies and procedures.
