Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train and retain direct sales team members.
• Manage, mentor and motivate current and new sales team members.
• Foster effective team communication through individual and team meetings.
• Perform ride-alongs with sales representatives to coach on performance.
• Train sales team in contracts and customer service systems and processes.
• Communicate and collaborate with regional manager.
• Educate and guide the sales team to ensure compliance with company policies.
