Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounts payable cycle including invoice review, coding, approvals and payment processing.
• Maintain vendor accounts, setup new vendors, W-9s, reconciliations and statement reviews.
• Support general ledger, bank reconciliations, journal entries and month-end close.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests and prepare supporting schedules.
• Cross-train on accounting processes and participate in special projects.
