Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a skilled Production Operator for a direct hire opportunity in Livermore, California. The role targets hands-on manufacturing professionals with experience operating production, filling, or packaging equipment in a cGMP environment.

You will monitor equipment, support line personnel, troubleshoot minor issues, and help maintain clean, organized work areas to ensure high-quality production.

Qualifications

• Operate and monitor production, filling, and packaging equipment in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Support equipment setup, cleaning, assembly, disassembly, and line changeover activities.
• Maintain accurate lot, batch, and expiration date setup according to production order requirements.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and compliant production work areas.
• At least 2 years of production manufacturing experience required.
• Experience working in a cGMP-regulated production environment.
• Basic knowledge of packaging equipment and minor troubleshooting methods.
• Ability to follow SOPs, cleaning procedures, setup instructions, and safety requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, reliability, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with supervisors, setup teams, and production line personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production equipment to support throughput, quality, and efficiency.
• Guide line personnel on proper equipment operation and flow.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on packaging and filling equipment to identify and correct minor issues.
• Disassemble, assemble, clean, and prepare equipment per SOPs.
• Set lot numbers, batch numbers, and expiration dates per orders.
• Notify the Set-Up Supervisor of potential equipment issues.
