Qualifications

• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain a clean 5S work area and complete housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Read drawings, use simple math, and work with basic handheld measuring tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in production or related field preferred.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and work in a fast-paced team.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn on the job.

Responsibilities
