Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to support daily manufacturing goals.
• Follow prescribed safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized 5S work area.
• Inspect work and maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Read and interpret drawings, use basic math, and work with handheld measuring tools.
• Perform housekeeping duties and other production support tasks as directed.
• Work varied hours, days, and overtime as business needs require.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay rate: $21 per hour.
• Job type: 3 Month Contract with Possible extension
• Location: Hoosick Falls, NY.
• Schedule: 2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm ; training on 1st shift - 6:30am - 3:00pm
• 3rd Shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am ; training on 1st shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm

Required Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of relevant hands‑on experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar environment preferred for this role level.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and lift up to 25-50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and use basic measuring tools.
• Reliable, punctual, safety‑focused, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Willingness to learn and complete on‑the‑job training as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience working in a safety‑focused, quality‑driven production environment.
• Familiarity with 5S practices, production targets, and basic quality checks.
