Qualifications

• 5-7 years of machinist experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, routings and tolerances.
• G & M code experience required.
• Must be able to perform metric conversions.
• Strong mathematical and geometric problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop accurate CNC programs for new and repetitive jobs.
• Set up, check programs and operate CNC machines to meet tolerances.
• Read drawings, select fixturing, and secure workpieces.
• Calibrate fixturing and reference points; adjust tooling as needed.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and optimize tooling/sequence for efficiency.
