Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Operator/Programmer for our Beloit client on 1st shift.

You will program, set up, and operate CNC equipment across multiple brands, reading engineering prints and ensuring tight tolerances while maintaining production efficiency. Candidates should have 5+ years CNC machining experience, CNC programming, GibbsCAM or equivalent CAM software, and a solid understanding of GD&T.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience.
• CNC programming experience required.
• Proficiency with GibbsCAM or equivalent CAM software.
• Strong understanding of GD&T.
• Experience with horizontal and vertical turning centers.
• Lathe live tooling experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate multiple brands of CNC equipment
• Machine precision piece parts according to engineering prints and specifications

Our client in Beloit is seeking a talented CNC professional to join their growing team on 1st shift. If you have strong programming experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced machining environment, this could be the opportunity for you.

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Occasional Saturdays based on workload. Overtime available and may be required.
