PeopleShare by PROMAN seeks a mechanically inclined assembler for a direct-hire position. You will assemble components per blueprints, use tools, and ensure quality in a production setting for a global manufacturer with 50+ years of excellence.

The role offers a stable, Monday–Friday schedule (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) in a clean, safety-focused environment with opportunities for growth and career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years mechanical assembly or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints and specifications.

• Inspect finished assemblies for quality and accuracy; troubleshoot basic issues.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic assembly issues
• Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Complete required production documentation and records

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or related experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
