Jabil in San Jose, California seeks an experienced leader to manage the Direct Fulfillment Manufacturing Department, driving continuous improvement and strong team development. You will recruit Line Managers, mentor them, and ensure they meet customer and company objectives.

The role requires coaching, strategic planning, and a deep focus on metrics, safety, and operational excellence to deliver on-time, high-quality manufacturing results for key brands.

Formación

• HS Diploma and 2-3 years of Line Manager experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; DF experience a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Direct Fulfillment Manufacturing Department for continuous improvement.
• Recruit, interview and hire Line Managers; coach them in interviewing.
• Develop training curricula and ensure proper ERP access and tools.
• Set clear KPI goals; monitor metrics and drive performance improvements.
• Coordinate production workload and drive issues to resolution with a focus on safety and quality.
