Schedule

• 1st week: Sunday 8:30pm-8:30am, Wednesday 11:00pm-8:30am, Saturday 8:30pm-8:30am
• 2nd week: Sunday 8:30pm-8:30am, Friday 11:00pm-8:30am, Saturday 8:30pm-8:30am

Essential Functions

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Driver and escort clients to outings, appointments, and other places in the community.
• Safely complete client transfers per facility protocol.
• Perform various housekeeping tasks.
• Implement client individual habilitation plans.
• Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
