Job summary

The SSI Group is seeking compassionate caregivers in Homer Glen, IL to support clients with daily living activities and community outings.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, transporting clients, transferring safely, light housekeeping, and implementing individualized habilitation plans while maintaining professionalism and respect. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check clearance.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to meet extensive physical requirement.

• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Essential Functions:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Driver and escort clients to outings, appointments, and other places in the community.
• Safely complete client transfers per facility protocol.
