Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care.
• Identify changes in clients' conditions and act accordingly.
• Plan and provide direct care that maximizes functional capacities.
• Complete documentation in accordance with regulations and facility practices.

Essential Functions:

• Administer medications as prescribed.

Position Qualifications:

• Participate in ongoing learning opportunities to keep skills current.
