Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with our Recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan, including Detroit. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities while helping clients grow beyond their home environment.

This is a full- and part-time role with paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process as part of a supportive company culture.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
