Job summary

LADD – Living Alternatives for the Developmentally Disabled is seeking a Professional Care Technician to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Southwest Michigan. You will provide daily care, encouragement, and companionship within a caring team.

No prior experience required; paid training is provided. Positions offer 16–32 hours per week with rotating weekends, flex time benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Pre Employment Physical exam.
• Available for rotating weekends.
• Commitment to confidentiality (HIPAA & HITECH compliance).
